The scope depends on the products and how you manage them. We discuss categories, variants, inventory, fulfilment information and the content you can provide. That helps define the design and the tools needed to keep the catalogue useful after launch.
Connect the checkout to your business.
We can integrate Stripe, PayPal or another agreed payment gateway. The checkout flow, order management requirements and any booking or enquiry features are reviewed before development. Gateway charges and third-party services are considered separately from the website build when we define the scope.
The store is designed for phones as well as larger screens. Product information, controls and checkout steps need to remain clear at each size. We test the agreed purchase journey before launch so you can see how the storefront and payment connection work together.
Keep the catalogue manageable.
We also offer product photography, image editing, catalogue uploads and online store management as separately scoped services. If you need help preparing the product content or maintaining listings, we discuss that alongside the build rather than assuming you have a finished catalogue ready.
At handover, the design, source code and accounts are in your name. We walk you through the agreed management tools. Optional support can cover the ongoing work you want help with, while ownership of the store remains with your business.
